Please note: We have a new admission system.
Since we need to take in $25 per person on average in order to cover costs such as insurance, rent, sound, advertising, etc—as well as paying the musicians a decent fee to keep them touring—we are relying on those of you who are able to pay a bit more to help others by buying the Patron level ticket at $30.
Your purchase of a Patron ticket helps to offset the new “hard times” discounted ticket that we are offering at the same prices as the student and disabled ticket. We feel it is important to facilitate as many people enjoying the concert as possible, not be become a gentrified concert series.
If someone needs the discounted ticket, they will not have to justify or explain or show proof. We trust people. They just have to indicate, as everyone does at the admission desk, as to which ticket they are buying. They can also purchase it in privacy—either online in advance or by scanning the provided QR code with their smart phone at the concert.
Admission can be paid in advance to save time at the venue. Links to our ticketing site for individual performances will be posted on our website as a button in the performance descriptions--usually at least one month in advance.
Our secure link to the Zeffy ticketing system uses Stripe to handle the transactions. You have the options of credit/debit cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
You can also pay with cash or check at the concert, if you prefer.
Admission levels
$30 - Patron level
$25 - General
$10 - Student/disabled/hard times (no questions asked)
Under 14 free with adult.
You also have the option to give Valley Folk Music (or our non-profit ticketing site Zeffy) a donation, on the payment page, for which we thank you in advance.
Donations help assure the continuation of the concert series. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization and your gifts are tax-deductible to the extent of the law. Zeffy is a non-profit that helps other non-profits like Valley Folk by making the payment systems affordable to us—Zeffy runs on donations themselves.
Health notes
If you have possibly contagious symptoms, please feel free to stay home and ask for a refund of your advance purchase ticket. Or you can choose to make your purchase into a donation - just let us know what you want to do. Masks are optional, based on your own personal health risk assessment.
The concert hall is up an internal flight of stairs. If you have mobility issues, you may need to bring a helper. Please get in touch in advance if possible. There is a stair lift to sit on - please let us know how we can help.
